1.1. This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with applicable civil and contract law in the European Union.

1.2. The Offer is published on the website: https://teddyfood.com and is valid from the day following its publication.

1.3. The Offer remains valid until revoked or replaced by a new version. The Organization may amend the Offer at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect upon publication on the website.

2.1. The Donor makes a voluntary, irrevocable monetary donation to the Organization. The Organization undertakes to accept and use the donation for its statutory activities and charitable programs, including:

One-time pet feeding

One day of care (CatDay/DogDay)

One week of care

One month of care

Veterinary treatment

Grooming and hygiene

Advertising and promotion of animals for adoption

Emergency help fund ("Urgent Help Subscription")

Any other charitable purposes determined by the Organization

2.2. The donation is non-refundable and is considered a gratuitous transfer of funds for public benefit purposes, in accordance with Article 6 of the EU Charitable Giving Guidelines.

2.3. The Donor confirms that the donation is made voluntarily, without expecting material compensation or services.

3.1. The Organization operates with the mission of helping homeless and abandoned animals. It carries out charitable programs aimed at animal protection and care, education, and advocacy, as described on the website.

4.1. The agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Donor makes a payment using any of the methods provided on the website, including via integrated payment platforms (e.g., Stripe).

4.2. By proceeding with the donation, the Donor confirms they have read and agreed to this Offer.

5.1. The Donor independently selects the donation amount and designation (optional) from the options presented on the platform.

5.2. The current list of animals and donation programs is available on the website.

5.3. If a designated program is fully funded, the Organization reserves the right to allocate the excess funds to other active programs or general charitable activities.

5.4. Donations made without a specific designation will be used at the discretion of the Organization for its statutory goals.

5.5. Donors may activate recurring monthly donations via card (subscription) using Stripe. By subscribing, the Donor authorizes the Organization to process and securely store personal and payment data solely for the execution of this agreement.

5.6. The Organization guarantees confidentiality and shall not disclose Donor data to third parties except:

when required by law, or

to payment service providers solely for processing transactions.

6.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or, if necessary, submitted to the competent court in Spain where the Organization is registered.

7.1. By making a donation, the Donor agrees with the terms of this Public Offer in full.
